The Big Data working group of ENRLMM initiated in April 2022 a series of seminars for debating the opportunities and challenges of Labor Market Analysis in the Big Data Era. At the first workshop, members of the ENRLMM met online to discuss on how opinion mining of job seekers’ reviews can be used as a source of labour market intelligence.
The presentation “Exploring new sources of Labour Market Intelligence: job seekers sentiment analysis” delivered by Ciprian Panzaru and Claudiu Brandas was followed by an open discussion of European experts who were very enthusiastic about the possibilities of the sentiment analysis and the opportunities it could bring to observatories despite its challenges.
